Jeff Ross

Jeff oversees the day-to-day operations of RTC Relationship Marketing, partnering with the leadership team in managing a thriving agency while fostering a culture and work environment people really want to be a part of. His passion is the business: digging deep to uncover unique customer insights or emotions and creating a strategic foundation, creative platform and communications that make a connection, drive a response and make a measurable impact on our client business.

As president, Jeff’s supervision of day-to-day operations and dedication to the art of relationship marketing help make RTCRM the agency our clients trust and our staff loves. His influence is reflected in RTCRM’s agency-wide practice of digging deeper into the minds and hearts of consumers to develop strategic communications with the power to truly change customer behavior.

Jeff leveraged his obsession for health and fitness to build our pharmaceutical practice and make it the gold standard, capturing the momentum of the DTC phenomenon while delivering remarkable results to premier clients. Our agency’s penchant for uncovering deep emotional insights that drive consumer behavior is prime and instrumental in making connections with people who live with a range of diseases and medical conditions.

Prior to joining RTCRM, Jeff was director of marketing and public relations for the American Psychological Association. He graduated from East Carolina University and had strategic marketing training at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Harvard Business School and the London School of Economics.
