Since 1991, Maureen has been a vital member of the RTC Relationship Marketing team. As CFO, she oversees all accounting and finance functions of the agency — and she’s able to make everyone in a room comfortable, even those on the other side of the negotiating table. She manages our profitability, all client compensation arrangements, vendor relationships and internal and external reporting.
As CFO, Maureen runs a very tight ship. Effectively managing an agency’s accounting and finance functions is no small feat, and Maureen does so with finesse and aplomb. From profitability and client compensation arrangements to vendor relationships and internal and external reporting, it’s all under her command.
Before joining RTCRM, Maureen was the director of finance for the Fairfield Inn division of Marriott Corporation. She was one of the original executives involved in launching this division, responsible for system development and implementation as well as the accounting function.
Her prior duties were in Marriott’s internal audit department, where she was responsible for reviewing financial performance and internal operations of Marriott's hotels, airline kitchens and food service facilities. Maureen is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
